| Kansas, The land of the "giants". Located in north central Kansas, we offer thousands of acres of prime deer ground to put you right in the middle of them. We have ground in Clay, Geary, and Riley counties with a full range of timber, crop, and CRP grounds. We limit the number of hunters to a reasonable low number, and only allow archery hunters to ensure to best quality hunt for you. We also only book hunts during our peak time, pre-rut, and rut which begins around the first of November to guarantee the best chance of success. |

All packages include lodging at the cabin, meals, transportation to and from the field, guides, tree stands, skinning, quartering, freezing meat, and packaging for shipment. Style of Hunting: We primarily hunt from from tree stands, ladder, fixed & climbing stands. We hunt timber, feed fields, pasture, & feed barrels. Terrain varies from flat river bottom basins to gentle rolling hills. |

| Licensing Details:
The state of Kansas holds a drawing for non-resident deer permits.
Application for non-resident cost $205.50 and must be received by KDWP by May 31st. This cost
is refundable to unsuccessful applicants. Kansas allows for a buddy system to enable more than one
hunter to apply on the same entry form. We also have a limited number of land owner tags available.
If successful you will also need to purchase a Kansas hunting license for non-residents for $70.50

Accommodation:Our lodge offers all the amenities of home. It sleeps twelve comfortably in single beds, furnished with all linens and pillows. We have two full baths, a complete kitchen, and a billiard room are sure to make your stay most enjoyable. Other features include a big screen TV with VCR, fireplace, and enough trophy mounts to get any hunter's adrenaline flowing. Typical Weather Conditions: Kansas weather is difficult to predict, but normally our springs our mild with some rain. Best bet is to watch your local forecast and plan to bring gear for cool and rainy weather as well as mild and dry. |
| Location: Milford is between both major Kansas airports: Kansas City and Wichita. We're approximately 2 hours from both locations. We are located on Hwy. 77, fifteen miles north of Interstate 70, near Junction City. |
